Restitution Fund Program

The government-appointed Administrator invited the Forum's presentation of investor views for his consideration in preparing a Plan for distribution of the $225 million CA Restitution Fund.

Issues raised by investors were addressed by a Forum Panel at a March 9, 2005 meeting with the Administrator.
