Forum Report: Plan for Restitution Fund Meeting on March 9, 2005

(February 15, 2005)

Sent: Tuesday, February 15, 2005 3:36 PM
Subject: Plan for Restitution Fund meeting on March 9th

The open meeting to address shareholder interests in the CA Restitution Fund is being scheduled for Wednesday, March 9, 2005, from 1:30PM until 3:00PM.  The location has not yet been determined, but it is expected to be in mid-town Manhattan.

The Administrator will attend strictly as an observer, to listen and possibly ask questions.  A panel of experts will also participate in the discussions of issues raised by shareholders.  After the meeting, there will be provisions to accommodate participants who wish to continue informal discussions among themselves.

There will be no charge for shareholder participation, following standard Forum practices.  However, depending on the facilities arrangements, space is expected to limit attendance to approximately 50 investors.  Early reservations are therefore encouraged.

More specific information about the location, panel members and other meeting details will be distributed and posted on the Forum web site as details are defined during the next week.

As always, I will welcome your questions and suggestions.
