Banker: Not disclosed

Stage: Company April 30 announced it's considering strategic options.

Likely sale price: Up to $1 billion

Possible bidders: Sysco Corp., U.S. Foodservice

Update: Roy Farmer Jr. most likely will want to keep the business "in the family," which means a management buyout is more likely than sale to strategic buyer.
