Subject: Additional company responses to information demands

Farmer Bros. filed a Form 10Q/A today, amending their February 17th Form 10Q filing to add copies of documents relating to (a) the company's loan to the ESOP for funding its recent stock purchases and (b) the reported modifications of the ESOP governance provisions.  These were the two items mentioned in yesterday morning's Forum report as examples of what the company had failed to include in the disclosures promised by February 16th.

Since the February 13, 2004 petition for court enforcement of the shareholder Delegate's demand for records, the company has publicly filed documents responding to items A, B, C, D and E of the January 12, 2004 demand letter.  They have not yet responded to items F, concerning the proposed stock split, and G, concerning the company's engagement of an investment banker.
