Subject: Requesting final questions for Bear Stearns Forum

Please let me know today or tomorrow if you have any questions or suggestions of issues that should be addressed before the Shareholder Forum concludes its attention to Bear Stearns.

For those of you interested in analysing the shareholder voting for the transaction, I've asked JPMorgan when they'll be reporting the results.  The widely reported 84% vote is actually based on a JPMorgan press release stating that number as an approximate percentage "of shares voted," rather than the relevant proportion of shares outstanding.
