Dear Mr. Cutler:
This email is to advise you that I am supportive of the comments and
concerns expressed to you in the emailed letter of January 8, 2004 by Mr.
Gary Lutin.
I have had a personal investment in Farmer Bros. Co. for many years. During
the entire time I have been an owner, the Company has not answered any
letters I have addressed to them, has been non-communicative in general, has
had an ineffective board dominated by Mr. Farmer, and has taken corporate
actions that do not always appear to be in the broader shareholder interest.
I urge the SEC to carefully review the actions of the Company as they relate
to the rights of the public shareholders, including the vote at the upcoming
annual meeting.
Sincerely,
[name withheld at author's request]
