Inviting Shareholder Views
You are being invited as a shareholder of North State Telecommunications Corporation to tell us, anonymously, what you consider important about your investment.

Your responses will help everyone concerned with the company, including its managers as well as other shareholders, understand the full range of investor interests that need to be considered. This understanding of investor views will provide an essential foundation for decisions that must be made during the next year about how North State should continue to satisfy its commitments to both customers and investors.

As indicated in the letter requesting your participation, this survey is being conducted independently by the Shareholder Forum so that investors can respond anonymously, using a secure web site and according to standard Forum privacy policies that do not allow disclosing the identity of participants. It should be noted that since you will not be identifiable, we will of course be unable to reply directly to anything you say in your survey responses. If you have any questions or want to communicate directly with the Shareholder Forum for any other reason, you can do so by addressing an email to nors@shareholderforum.com.
