Inviting
advice of information
needed for voting at Siemens annual meeting
You are invited as a Siemens investor to tell us, anonymously, what
information would be relevant to your consideration of two issues being
presented for shareholder voting at the Siemens annual meeting on January
26, 2010:*
-
Settlement of corruption claims against former directors,
requiring a 90% approval vote
-
Compensation issues, including the new German requirement
for shareholder "Say on Pay" and an employee group resolution concerning
board compensation
Responses to this survey will be reported to you and other participants,
as well as to Siemens management, to assure everyone's understanding of
what is important.
Please take a few minutes to contribute your views.
To participate,
Background information on the issues being addressed can be found on the
Forum's reference page for this project.
For more reports and investor views, in English as well as in German, you
are encouraged to register - free, and with privacy - on the
Siemens program web site
being maintained by the Forum's independently managed German affiliate,
Aktionaersforum AG.
Questions
about the survey as well as comments about the interests of Siemens
investors, either privately or for attribution, will of course be
welcomed.
