The management of TDS declined Glass Lewis' invitation for a separate "Proxy Talk" conference call.  As previously reported, Glass Lewis subsequently issued its Proxy Paper report recommending that its institutional investor clients vote in favor of the Southeastern shareholder proposal at this morning's annual meeting.
