This special project for
shareholders of Johnson & Johnson is being conducted to
determine directly from the company's investors their
information requirements for voting decisions on matters being
presented at an annual meeting on April 22, 2010. Inquiries
about the project, requests to be included in Forum email
distributions, and suggestions of issues that may be relevant to
shareholder interests can be addressed to

It is the
