This website is intended only for the private use of invited participants in a project to define investor interests in The New York Times Company.  Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all information exchanges are subject to the Forum’s policies stated in its "Conditions of Participation" for public programs. In all cases, each participant is expected to make independent use of information obtained through the Forum, subject to the privacy rights of other participants. It is a Forum rule that participants will not be identified or quoted without their explicit permission.

This survey was conducted by the Shareholder Forum as an SEC-defined independent moderator according to its established policies that assure essential participant privacy and communication rights, including rights to anonymity. For participant security, multiple levels of data isolation were maintained by providing for this questionnaire and all responses to be managed on an AWS-hosted SurveyGizmo platform, and by arranging a completely separate process for distributing invitations to shareholders by a regulated service provider that does not disclose addressee identities.
