To each shareholder of
Johnson & Johnson:
You are invited as a Johnson & Johnson
shareholder to tell us, anonymously, what
information would be relevant to your decisions about matters being
presented for voting at the company's annual meeting on April 22, 2010.*
Voting items include the usual election of
directors, in relation to which some investors may be interested in
information beyond what has been traditionally required in regulatory
filings, as well as two shareholder proposals for which no standard
decision-making criteria or information requirements have been
established. (The items on the agenda and related disclosures are
presented in the company's proxy
statement.)
The Shareholder Forum is conducting
this independent survey to find out directly from Johnson & Johnson
investors what information should be provided, and what questions you
suggest submitting to either the company or the shareholders who are
presenting proposals. Please take three minutes to contribute your views, which
will not require any prior knowledge of the voting items or issues:
A Forum report of survey results will be made available to all
participants, as well as to the company's management.
The survey will be open only through Friday, March 26th.
Questions
about the survey as well as comments about the interests of Johnson &
Johnson
investors, either privately or for attribution, will of course be
welcomed.
