The Shareholder Forum has been providing its independently moderated Shareholder Surveys since 2008 to determine how shareholders will make decisions. While this kind of research had been conducted initially only as an element of established Forum programs, in 2018-2020 the Forum selectively tested making this unique research available as an independent service to support the leadership responsibilities of any company's managers or investors (here).

The pandemic conditions of 2020, however, generated significant changes in communication practices, including particularly those associated with statistical opinion research. Since these changed conditions made it impractical to rely upon response statistics of quantitative surveys generally and to investor surveys specifically, the Forum temporarily suspended its provision of Shareholder Surveys.

Assuming stabilizing conditions in 2024, the Forum will be considering the required adaptations of its Shareholder Surveys to support the leadership responsibilities of any company's managers or investors. Confidential explorations of proposed projects or relationships will be welcomed with corporate managers, investors, professional advisers or service providers who can benefit from defining marketplace practices and establishing leadership recognition.

Inquiries may be addressed to surveys@shareholderforum.com.
